Sajou's Retors du Nord - Box of 12 Vintage Colors (#1) **New Lower Price**

This cotton embroidery floss is absolutely gorgeous. When I first saw it, I thought it was silk! The sheen is really stunning. This pretty box contains an assortment of 12 vintage colors: 2266 (deer), 2449 (nile), 2469 (rosewood), 2409 (bordeaux), 2350 (purple), 2882 (sapphire), 2332 (auburn), 2086 (coal), 2190 (candyfloss), 2180 (metal), 2004 (off white) et 2196 (ivory). The price also includes a lovely storage box which is entirely covered inside and out with one of Sajou's blue paper.

Length on each card: 20 meters, four separable strands. It is slightly finer than DMC's stranded cotton, shinier and slides better.

Note: For ecological reasons, Retors du Nord thread is not colorfast. To make a thread colorfast involves using highly polluting treatments which the manufacturer does not believe in. It can be washed up to 100°F, just be careful never to use boiling water or bleach.
