Silk Dupion

This pure Mulberry silk dupion has been woven on power looms and is therefore less ‘slubby’ than hand loom dupion. It also drapes better than the traditional crisp dupion. It is available in natural white, which has not been dyed so it is suitable for dying. Note if you are dying, slubs may appear darker than the rest of the fabric. Other available colors are duck egg and rose water.

It is 16 momme, 97g per running length (1 meter).
